To view the information stored on your NFC tag simply hold the tag to the back of your phone and slowly move the tag up and down the phone. Your tag is looking to connect with the mobile phones NFC reader. Please note that NFC must be enabled in settings to be able to read the tag.
When the tag is read, the information stored on the tag will be displayed on screen shown in the example below.
If your phone does not have NFC, please remember, those that respond to a medical situation may have NFC on their phone, this tag is designed for someone else to read your information so that they can help you in an emergency situation.
