We always print and post your order within 24 hours of receiving the order unless there is a problem and we are trying to contact you.
Don't panic! Just get in touch with us. We will provide you with proof of postage and either ask you to wait a few more days or re-print your order and send again.
We use free to you Royal Mail second class postage but have added the option to upgrade to 1st class postage, 1st class signed and 2nd class signed. Please note that Royal Mail does not offer tracking for these services, please get in touch if you would like tracked delivery, price depends on tracked service required. We have had customers receive their order next day with 2nd class postage.
We place your order inside a protective insert and post using a DL envelope. If you are ordering a Lanyard, we use a padded small parcel envelope.
If your order is faulty on arrival just get in touch and explain what the problem is. We normally ask for some pictures and replace the order.
