(AirPixel) Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at (AirPixel)!

We offer refund and/or re-prints within the first 14 days of your purchase for any items that have arrived damaged. See below. 

Order Not Delivered

Whilst we work very hard to get orders printed and posted on time, sometimes orders get lost or delayed by the postal service. We always print orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, most of the time within 12 hours and depending on the circumstances within the hour. IF your order is delayed, we ask that you wait another few days, most customers report that the order arrives, in the rare occurrence that the order gets lost, we ALWAYS re-post after address verification, it's not a problem. We DO NOT offer refunds for lost orders. This is down to the postal service as once it has left our premises, the order is in the postal service's hands. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (airpixelcontact@gmail.com)

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (airpixelcontact@gmail.com)

Shipping

  • It must be sent to the following above address.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Fading Stickers

If you have ordered stickers and over time they have faded or become unreadable we ask that you first when ordering adhere to the sticker placement advice, it states to place the sticker away from the main heat source of the drone (info found on the product page), we also include this advice on the insert that your stickers arrive in. If your sticker does become unreadable, we also ask that you use up all five stickers issued, if all of these are used then we will re-print your sticker order one time only at no extra cost to you. 

Thermal print labels fade because of print material degradation, abrasion, sunlight exposure, contact with chemicals, and improper storage, among many other possible reasons. And even in the absence of these factors, most thermal prints will eventually fade. They are generally not built to last forever.

Oil and water are some of the most common substances that damage thermal imprints after a length of time. The skin produces natural oil, and that can damage the imprint on thermal labels too. Sweaty or oily hands can make fading happen faster.
