Terms of service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
Welcome to AirPixel.
These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use the AirPixel website or purchase products from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. About AirPixel
This website is operated by AirPixel.
If you have any questions about these Terms or an order you have placed, please contact us:
📧 Email: airpixel360n@gmail.com
You can also contact us through the Contact Us page on our website.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, because many AirPixel products are 3D printed or personalised, there may be small variations between individual products.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability when necessary.
3. 3D Printed Products
Many AirPixel products are manufactured using 3D printing.
Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, products may have:
- Visible layer lines
- Minor surface imperfections
- Small printing marks
- Slight variations in finish
- Minor variations in dimensions
- Small variations in colour or appearance
These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and do not necessarily indicate a fault.
We inspect products before dispatch and aim to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or otherwise does not meet the requirements of UK consumer law.
4. Personalised Products
Some AirPixel products are personalised using information supplied by the customer.
This may include:
- Operator IDs
- Flyer IDs
- Names
- Telephone numbers
- Custom text
- Other customer-supplied information
Please check all information carefully before placing your order.
AirPixel will generally reproduce the information supplied by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in information that has been entered incorrectly by the customer.
If AirPixel makes an error when producing your personalised product, please contact us so that we can investigate and put the matter right where appropriate.
Personalised and bespoke products may have different cancellation rights. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for further information.
5. Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if there is a genuine problem with availability, pricing, payment or other circumstances affecting the order.
If we need to cancel an order, we will contact you and refund any payment that has already been taken.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment is processed securely through the payment options made available at checkout.
We do not normally have access to or store your full payment card details.
If a payment cannot be authorised or is subsequently reversed, we may be unable to fulfil the order until valid payment has been received.
7. Availability
We aim to keep product availability information accurate.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where necessary and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or make changes to products without notice, subject to your statutory rights.
8. Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to print and dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Personalised orders are also normally processed within 24 hours, provided all information required to complete the order has been supplied.
All standard AirPixel orders are sent using tracked delivery.
Available delivery options and applicable postage charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times can vary depending on the delivery service and destination. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless a specific delivery service expressly provides such a guarantee.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.
9. Holiday Closures
From time to time, AirPixel may close for holidays or other planned periods away from the business.
When this happens, we will display a notice at the top of the website explaining that we are away and giving the date on which orders will begin to be fulfilled.
Orders placed while we are away will be processed and dispatched at the earliest possible date after we return.
Customers should check the website notice before ordering if they require their order by a particular date.
10. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
We will check the available tracking information and investigate the matter with the relevant delivery service where necessary.
If Royal Mail or another delivery service confirms that a parcel has been lost, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
Where a replacement is required following a confirmed lost delivery, the replacement may be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class post.
11. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds and faulty products are handled.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
12. Product Compatibility
Where a product is designed for a particular drone, device or piece of equipment, we will provide compatibility information in the product listing.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that they are purchasing the correct product for their equipment before ordering.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your equipment, please contact us before placing your order.
13. Licensed Designs and Intellectual Property
Some AirPixel products are manufactured and sold under licence.
Where stated on a product listing, the relevant design is licensed to AirPixel by LUCKYCO or another identified design owner.
The underlying designs, artwork, photographs, logos, text and other intellectual property used on the AirPixel website or in our products remain the property of AirPixel or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit AirPixel designs, photographs, artwork or other website content without appropriate permission.
14. Customer Reviews and Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to AirPixel, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe another person's rights.
We may use customer-submitted reviews or photographs for the purpose of displaying and promoting AirPixel products, including on our website and social media channels, where permitted.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
We will not knowingly alter a customer review in a way that changes its meaning.
15. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.
However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur.
If we discover a genuine error relating to a product description, price or availability, we may correct the information.
If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you where appropriate and take reasonable steps to resolve the matter.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
16. Website Use
You must not use the AirPixel website:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- To introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website
- To copy or exploit website content without permission
- To submit false or misleading information
- To infringe the intellectual property rights of AirPixel or others
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business or other users.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties.
These services may include payment providers, delivery services, review platforms, analytics services and other technology providers.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.
AirPixel is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we do not control.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.
We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that are unrelated to our breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights concerning products that are faulty, not as described, unsuitable for their intended purpose or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be published on this page and the date of the latest update will be shown at the top.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that apply to orders already placed.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable UK consumer law provides otherwise.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
