Thank you for shopping with AirPixel. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 day including Saturday up until 11am after receiving your order confirmation email. We still take orders after this cut off and process any orders taken over the weekend on Sunday evening, ready for the first post on Monday Morning. Bank Holiday, Christmas and New Year, we process orders in accordance with last collection dates given by Royal Mail, we take time out with our family and process all orders received ready for the next collection date given by Royal Mail.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 2-3 Working Days (Depending on Royal Mail)

1st Class Shipping: 1 Working Day (Depending on Royal Mail)

International Shipping: 5 - 10 Working Days (Depending on Royal Mail

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, staff shortages, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Please note: we dispatch all orders in a timely manner, often within 12 hours, most likely within 24 hours.

If your order does not arrive on time, we ask that you wait a few more days to allow Royal Mail time to delivery your order. The maximum wait time is 10 days, after this we will re-print and send again. Royal Mail delays are out of our control and our service should not be brought into disrepute because of delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Royal Mail does not provide any tracking information for standard 1st or 2nd class postage, they never have done. If you have paid for tracked 48, we will send your tracking number along with your dispatch confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
AirPixel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us at via the contact form.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
